BOOKING POLICY
By booking you agree to the following terms:

We only take bookings from adults over 18 years of age. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

We reserve the right, at all times – without statement of reasons – to refuse a booking:- a) at the point of booking or b) at the point of check in.

Check in is strictly between 3pm and 8pm. If you plan on arriving later that 8pm please email us beforehand for detailed check in instructions. Please email us your arrival time on the morning of check in.

Check out before 10am. Late check outs will incur a charge.

Bookings in the 'Eilio' and 'Glyder' yurts are strictly 2 adults & 2 children or 3 adults & 1 child due to manufacturers advice on the camp bed. We will not accommodate anyone who ignores this and turns up with 4 adults (no refunds will be given).
Dogs
Allowed in the 'Wyddfa' Yurt ONLY

Any damages or fouling will result in the loss of your damage deposit

Only one dog allowed

A standard £20 cleaning fee will be payable upon arrival.

We expect you only bring your dog if fully house trained. NO PUPPIES.

Dogs are NOT to be left unattended in the yurt at any time for any period of time; even in a crate.

Dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times when out on the site and surrounding land.

Responsible dog owners only! Due to close proximity of neighbouring farm.
Whilst on Site...

Guests agree to be considerate and take good care of the yurts and all facilities during their stay. Any damages should be reported immediately and will be paid for. If damages exceed the damage deposit you will be invoiced and charged before you leave.

Clean soft shoes or slippers to be worn in the yurt only. No muddy outdoor shoes or stiletto heels! (to prevent damaging the wooden floor)

Any damage or breakages which may occur will be paid for by the lead booking name. Small accidental damages or breakages of a minor nature (value <£20) will not normally be charged but you are required to report all breakage and damage at the time or before you leave. We will inspect the yurt before you check out.

The yurts are to be left in the same condition as found upon arrival. (no muddy shoes inside the yurt) If the yurt is left in an unacceptable condition - we will charge a cleaning fee, the amount will be determined on a case by case basis.

Smoking is not permitted inside the yurts. Doing so will result in loss of your deposit.

Cooking is not allowed in the yurt. If you need to use a camp stove in adverse weather please do so in the drying room.

Guests agree not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to other guests or our neighbours at any time during their stay.

No loud music - 'loud' means anything heard outside of your yurt.

Only guests specified on the booking form are allowed in the yurt area. No guests allowed in the yurt. This is a one rule for all.

Strictly NO non paying guests are allowed on site at any time.

If found that more people than specified are in the yurt without payment / permission you will lose your deposit and we will ask your guest to leave immediately. We reserve the right to inspect your yurt at any point if we suspect this.

No noise after 11pm. We kindly ask you to respect the site and others guests. We expect all guests not to make noise after 11pm. If you do not respect this noise limit we have the right to ask you to leave the site and any outstanding nights and deposit will not be refunded.

Strictly 1 car per yurt.

By Booking you agree to be responsible for your children, dogs and any dependants you are in charge of, and your own welfare and to take all reasonable precautions against personal injury, injury to others and damage to the surrounding farmland, facilities and yurts, regarding litter, fire, noise after 11pm.

Any campfires made must be within reasonable distance of the yurt.

If windy we will not allow camp fires near the yurts due to embers damaging the canvas!

NO BBQ's to be placed on the decking. Any damage caused will be charged for.

Any complaints must be made known to us immediately. No complaints will be entertained at the end of the stay or after the guest has departed.

In extreme weather we reserve the right to close the site. In that instance, refunds will be dealt with on a case by case and alternative dates will be offered for your payment to be set against.

No pets are allowed inside the yurts. Apart from 'Wyddfa' Yurt.

We accept no liability for any belongings left in the yurts at any time. If you have valuable items that you wish to leave in a secure place, please let us know and we will store these for you at your own risk.

No rubbish is to be left inside the yurts - please dispose of all rubbish in the big bins on the main carpark.

Staff are available during office hours (hours changeable dependant on season/day) sometimes with the exception of lunch / dinner breaks. Outside of office hours please contact staff only in a genuine emergency. Emergency numbers are displayed at reception. With respect to the privacy of the owners please do not knock on the door / ring the door bell of the reception/house if locked except in an emergency.

Guests accept that staff will check the condition of yurt at the point of check out.

Glamping in Llanberis are not liable for refunds or expenses you incur in the event they are prevented from fulfilling your Booking as a result of circumstances beyond their control. Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks or such similar events ("Force Majeure"). We recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover this. Damage or loss to your possessions is at your own risk.

We accept no liability for anyone getting hurt or injured on the property. The site and yurts are unsuitable for babies and infants. We accept no liability/responsibility for loss of personal property, damage to vehicles, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Being a farm environment there is always the risk of animals wandering into fields through gates which have been left open, we do not accept any responsibility for damage to vehicles or tents, accident or illness to customers in respect of these events. Being on open land there is always a risk of rabbits/foxes and badgers carrying diseases onto grassland. Make sure you never put food or utensils onto the grass. Never leave food around outside your tent and if possible keep all your food secure or in the fridges provided to discourage farm and ferrel animals from stealing

Cancel within 14 days of arrival - 100% charge
Cancel 15 - 21 days of arrival - 50% charge
Cancel 22 - 42 days of arrival - 25% charge
Cancellations over 6 weeks will result in a £20 admin fee
